The experience

Built around getting you out faster and cleaner.

Touchless Washworld automatics. A Cadence touchscreen in every bay. A site that monitors itself around the clock.

Every bay, every hour, working properly. If it is not, we want to hear about it.

Bays that report themselves

Sensors and cameras watch every bay and every chemical tank. Faults get flagged and fixed before you arrive rather than after you complain, so you do not pull in behind a wand that stopped working on Tuesday.

Tap and go

A full touchscreen in every bay. Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap or chip. No coins.

Membership in your pocket

Join, pause or cancel in the app. No phone call, no form.

Put right on the spot

Every transaction here is recorded. If a bay shorts you, we can see what happened and fix it. You do not have to prove anything.

Two ways to do it

Let the machine do it, or do it yourself

Same lot, same hours. Which one you want usually depends on what you drive and how much you care about the result.

Touch-free

Nothing touches your car but water and chemistry.

No cloth, no brushes, no spinning anything. Take a black car through and go look at it in the sun afterwards.

No contact means no contact

High-pressure water and chemistry. Nothing mechanical, and nothing the vehicle ahead of you dragged in.

Why some touchless washes disappoint

Presoak strength, dwell time, water temperature, pressure. Get any of it wrong and the car comes out wet instead of clean. Ours are monitored.

When touchless is the wrong tool

Baked-on bugs and caked mud need contact — no touchless machine will fully take it off. That is what the four self-serve bays are for.

Consumer Reports recommends a touchless wash that cleans the whole car, undercarriage included, for road salt. Every wash here includes the underbody and wheel blaster.

Nobody else in town does this

The only unlimited touchless membership in Canal Winchester.

There are other unlimited plans on this road. Every one of them runs your car through cloth. The other touchless wash in town does not sell a membership at all.

Touchless, not cloth

The unlimited plans nearby are express tunnels — spinning cloth against your clear coat, every wash. Ours is high-pressure water and chemistry.

Unlimited actually means unlimited

Some touchless plans around here cap you at fifteen washes a month. Ours has no cap.

No contract, no minimum

One unlimited plan a couple of miles from here locks you in for three months. Ours is month to month — cancel in the app.

Unlimited

The Lucente Club

One monthly price, unlimited touchless washes. Not fifteen a month, not a three-month commitment — unlimited, cancel whenever you like.

November to March

The five months that decide what your vehicle is worth

ODOT put over 760,000 tons of salt on Ohio roads last winter. That salt does not sit on the paint — it sits underneath, on the brake lines and the fuel and suspension components, and it works all winter.

NHTSA says wash the undercarriage

After a five-year investigation into corroded brake lines, NHTSA advised drivers in twenty salt-belt states — Ohio named — to have the undercarriage washed several times during and after winter.

Water alone will not do it

An ODOT-funded study found soap and water insufficient to remove residual salt. Take a wash with a real high-pressure underbody blast. Every wash here has one.

Wash on the thaw days

Any day above 40 degrees. The salt is wet, mobile and coming off, and the doors will not freeze shut afterwards.

Straight answers

Before you drive over

When do you open?

Grand opening is Tuesday, September 15. From that morning we run 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

What does the self-serve bay cost?

$3.00 starts the bay and gives you 3 minutes, then $1.00 a minute. Air dryers coming soon.

Is this really the only unlimited touchless membership around?

In Canal Winchester, yes. The other unlimited plans in town are express tunnels — cloth on your paint. The other touchless wash in town does not sell a membership. Check it yourself; it takes about ninety seconds.

Are you really open 24 hours?

Yes. Every bay and every vacuum, every hour, seven days. The express tunnels on this road close at seven in the evening. We do not.

What happens if a bay takes my money and does not work?

Call the number posted in the bay and we put it right. Every transaction here is recorded, so we can see exactly what your money did. You do not have to prove anything to anybody.

How do I know the equipment will actually be working?

The bays monitor themselves. Sensors and cameras watch every bay and every chemical tank, so a fault gets flagged and fixed before you arrive rather than after four people have complained about it. That is the difference between a site that is maintained and a site that gets checked on when somebody remembers.

What equipment do you use?

Washworld touch-free automatics, built in Wisconsin, running on our own Cadence terminals. Installed new.

Will the automatic scratch my paint?

The automatic bays are touch-free. No cloth, no brushes, no spinning anything — the only things that reach your paint are high-pressure water and cleaning chemistry. Nothing another vehicle dragged in ahead of you touches your car either.

Does a touchless wash actually get the car clean?

A properly maintained one does. Touch-free only works inside a narrow window — presoak strength, dwell time, water temperature and pressure all have to be right, and when they are not the car comes out wet instead of clean. That is why most people have a bad touchless story. Our bays are monitored specifically to catch that drift. The honest exception is caked-on mud and baked-on bugs: those need contact, and that is what the four self-serve bays are for.

What size vehicle can I wash?

The self-serve bays take full-size and dually pickups, box vans, single-axle trailers, ladder racks and campers. Check the posted clearance sign before entering an automatic bay.

How do I pay?

Tap, chip or card at every bay and every vacuum. No quarters required.

Is the foam brush safe on my paint?

Rinse it on high pressure for five seconds before it touches the car — that clears whatever the last driver left in the bristles. We rinse them on every walkthrough; you should rinse them again. Anyone who tells you a foam brush needs no rinse has not worked a wash.

How many vacuums are there?

Eight, with fragrance. Enough that there is a free one on a Saturday afternoon.

Does a wash actually get road salt off?

The High Pressure Underbody & Wheel Blaster does the work, and it is on every wash we sell including the $10 Fresco — we did not think that belonged behind an upsell in Ohio. A plain body rinse does not reach the brake lines and suspension where salt does its damage; an ODOT-funded study found soap and water alone is insufficient. Wash on the thaw days above 40 degrees.

Do I need a membership?

No. Every wash is available as a single. The club is there because most people who wash more than once a month end up better off on it.

Can I use my plan on more than one car?

No. One plan, one vehicle, matched to your plate.

What areas do you serve?

Canal Winchester first. Plenty of traffic also comes from Groveport, Pickerington, Lithopolis, Carroll, Brice, Winchester Square and the southeast side of Columbus.
